This fall, you can find me teaching the following weekly group classes at

PranaShanti Yoga Centre in Ottawa and Willow Wellness in Richmond, ON.  

Soma Yoga

Wednesday evenings, 6:30 - 7:30 pm
PranaShanti Yoga Centre (Online and In-person)

Gentle Hatha Yoga

Thursday mornings, 9:00 - 10:00 am

Yoga Nidra

Thursday evenings, 7:15 - 8:15 pm

Be sure to register in advance of each class at the correct studio. Simply click on the name of the class

you want to attend (above). This will take you to the registration webpage for the respective studio.

"Very detailed description of positions of some poses which was helpful. Sometimes we think we are in the right position when we are not. The class was perhaps a little too gentle for me this morning, but I felt great at the end. I was amused at times when we got mixed up on an inhale or an exhale. Lovely, no pressure!"
