Be sure to register in advance for each class. On PranaShanti's Classes/Schedule page, wait for the calendar to load, select the date on which you want to attend, scroll down and find the class (be sure to select either the in-person or online version of the class), click "sign up" and follow the prompts. 

"Very detailed description of positions of some poses which was helpful. Sometimes we think we are in the right position when we are not. The class was perhaps a little too gentle for me this morning, but I felt great at the end. I was amused at times when we got mixed up on an inhale or an exhale. Lovely, no pressure!"
