Hello, and welcome to my happy place!

As a yoga therapist, I use the many tools of yoga to help individuals (like you!) and groups find their optimum state of health and ease. You can work with me in private sessions, group classes, or clinics & workshops. Learn more about me, yoga therapy, and how I can help you feel your best.

I currently lead in-person and online group therapeutic yoga and gentle hatha yoga classes at PranaShanti Yoga Centre in Ottawa, ON. You might also find me substitute teaching other classes there!

Private yoga therapy sessions are for individuals who want to explore the various tools of yoga as a way to address their specific health issues, challenges, or conditions. No yoga experience required.
